All patients begin care at iBiome with an Initial Clinical Consultation.
This visit allows us to review your health history, symptoms, goals, and relevant labs to determine the most appropriate path forward.
At the conclusion of your consultation, you will receive clinical recommendations and guidance on whether ongoing care is indicated.

Because every patient has different needs, we’ve designed three levels of membership to give you the right balance of access, support, and personalization. Each tier includes extended visits, functional medicine testing, and ongoing communication with your Nurse Practitioner.
Prevention Level: Tier 1 is perfect for patients who want foundational functional medicine support and regular check-ins. 2 visits /year included.
Wellness Level: Tier 2 offers added flexibility with 6 visits/year, messaging, and deeper access to personalized care.
Advanced Level: Tier 3 is designed for those who want the highest degree of partnership — with priority scheduling, enhanced coordination, and elevated support of 10 visits/year.

TELEHEALTH
iBiome delivers care primarily through telehealth, allowing for consistent, high-quality functional medicine without the need for routine in-person visits.
Telehealth is used for:
Functional medicine consultations & follow up appointments
Lab review and interpretation
Treatment planning and follow-up
Ongoing clinical decision-making
All telehealth services are provided through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms.
Telehealth allows us to focus on clinical reasoning, pattern recognition, and longitudinal care rather than location or logistics.
ADD ON SERVICES - Concierge
(In Home or In Office)
Optional concierge services are available for patients requiring in-home lab draws or in-person NP visits. *These services are offered on a limited basis and billed separately.
In-Home Lab Draws
For patient convenience, in-home phlebotomy may be arranged for an additional fee.
Ideal for patients with mobility limitations, scheduling constraints, or complex testing needs
Fees vary based on location and scope of services
Availability is subject to scheduling and geographic location.
In-Person NP Visits
Available on a limited basis for an additional fee.
These visits may be appropriate for:
Physical assessments when clinically indicated
Complex cases requiring hands-on evaluation
